The Problem
The founder of Devank Assisted Living Facility has been in the medical profession for over 50 years. Driven by the passion to promote healthy living among the elderly. He decided to build a purpose built facility in California that will be provide care and love to the elderly. In order to see the dream of the Assisted Living Facility come to live, there was a hurdle of raising funds, as the total project cost was about $11 million.
Our Solution
In his quest to raise funds, Dr. came to us. We took a deep dive to understand the project, competitors and operational cost. We went further to develop a comprehensive investor business plan. This was our tool to help raise funds for the Assisted Living Facility.
The Result
The founder presented the business plan we created and the plan was irresistible! Got the required funds and the project finance of $11 million leading to the construction of the project.
Fast forward, the construction has been completed and Devank LLC is serving the elderly providing love and care in California, United States.

$17 million dollars raised by the first cat sharing company in Dubai
The Problem
As every business, there sometimes come a need for cash injection to scale and meet set objectives. This was the case of U-Drive; the first car sharing company in Dubai. They needed to raise funds to scale their business operation and attract investors who could see the potential in their business model.
Our Solution
LGS Consulting worked closely with UDrive to develop a robust investor-ready business deck. We conducted in-depth market analysis to showcase the potential of the car sharing market in Dubai. Established their business model and how it is unique from Uber’s and the competitive edge and user experience that wasn’t common at the time. In summary, we highlighted the business model and the futuristic potential of the business with a defined customer acquisition plan.
The Result
UDrive was able to get the nod from investors and has since raised funds from several investors today. Currently with a total of $17 million raised in investment.

Zegtel MVNO
Set to serve the undeserved telecom market with $21.8 million investment
The Problem
Zegtel is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator, but ab initio they needed to get their license and raise funds. As part of their licensing requirement was a business plan. In need for a company that will develop a suitable business plan that can get them the telecom license the need. The founder realized that they couldn’t take a second chance, and reached out to us.
Our Solution
LGS Consulting began by understanding their need, afterwards our team designed a robust business plan with 5 years financial projections. We highlighted the key partners of Zegtel which are TATA and MTN.
The Result
After submitting the business plan to the telecom regulation agency, Zegtel MVNO got their telecom license, afterwards we also introduced the founder investment firms in our network. Zegtel is now set to spend $21 million in improving telephony service and serving the underserved market.
